This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Oversee the planning, development, production, and submission of federal proposals.
• Analyze solicitations and evaluation criteria to ensure compliance with proposal standards.
• Direct proposal initiatives including kickoff meetings, status updates, and final submissions.
• Create proposal content by converting technical details into narratives focused on client needs.
• Prepare and manage SF330 submissions.
• Assist with proposals spanning a wide array of federal services.
• Collaborate with program leaders, capture managers, and technical teams.
• Perform research on clients, competitors, and market trends.
• Work closely with technical staff and project managers.
• Guarantee proposal quality through effective document management and compliance with client submission guidelines.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• At least 3 years of experience in supporting federal proposals within the architecture, engineering, environmental consulting, or professional services sectors.
• Proven experience in preparing SF330 Architect-Engineer qualifications packages and responding to federal RFQs, RFPs, task orders, and similar procurement opportunities.
• Familiarity with federal procurement processes, solicitation criteria, and proposal compliance.
• Exceptional written, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities within a deadline-oriented environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign or similar desktop publishing applications.
