This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Prepare proposals and task orders, ensuring effective coordination and monitoring through the CRM system.
• Develop and/or review proposals or statements of service for precision and accuracy.
• Create sales price estimates for protocols, bid requests, study adjustments, and additions.
• Follow up with internal (and possibly external) stakeholders to guarantee proposals are comprehensive.
• Assist management in overseeing sales pricing practices.
• Ensure that all necessary legal documents are in order.
• Collaborate with scheduling or project management teams to determine study dates.
• Aid in responding to RFIs through collaboration with local stakeholders.
• Maintain and refresh the tools and processes needed to deliver precise proposals.
• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in life sciences, applied sciences, business, or a related field.
• No previous experience is necessary; however, experience in histopathology, immunohistochemistry, and/or genomics, along with client services, budget preparation, or familiarity with a CRM system, would be advantageous.
• Proficiency in both French and English, in spoken and written forms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
