Proposal Analyst III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, organize, and oversee multiple requests for proposals (RFPs) of varying degrees of complexity, priority, and risk.

• Spearhead and manage the RFP process within a dynamic, deadline-driven work environment.

• Employ project leadership and interpersonal skills to accurately gather information necessary for RFP inquiries.

• Create final presentation materials and proposal deliverables that are compliant, competitive, and persuasive in accordance with the specified requirements of the solicitation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in group employee benefits from the perspective of an insurance vendor or broker.

• At least 2-3 years of experience in RFP/RFI/Procurement solicitation and sourcing contracts.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in stakeholder management, with preference given to candidates who have supported sales teams.
