Property Tax Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• The Property Tax Analyst collaborates and supports various cross-functional teams, including Shared Services (Tax Compliance, AP, AR, Lease and Project Costing), Corporate Tax, Brand Legal, Development, Payroll Tax, Brand Reporting, and Finance.

• Coordinate efforts with external co-sourcing vendors, local and state taxing authorities, as well as business licensing offices.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting directly with all organizational levels, suppliers, and service providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate's degree accompanied by 2+ years of relevant experience or 5+ years of pertinent experience.

• Proficient analytical skills along with advanced Excel capabilities are essential.

• Proven diligence and the ability to meet deadlines while managing or escalating conflicting priorities amidst frequent interruptions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Self-motivated with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and facilitate change.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels within the organization.
