This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Respond to and route telephone inquiries.
• Compose and disseminate emails, memos, letters, and various forms of correspondence.
• Support the Property Manager in upholding office policies and procedures.
• Skills in administrative support and executive administrative assistance.
• Outstanding phone etiquette and communication abilities to engage effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members.
• Proficient clerical skills.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A positive mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt.
• Strong organizational abilities, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple projects at once.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude to address both routine and complex challenges.
• Flexibility to adjust to shifting priorities and requests as necessary.
