This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Independent commercial management of a residential and commercial portfolio with a focus on residential properties.

• Point of contact for tenants, service providers, and external partners.

• Management of ongoing lease agreements from contract processing to termination.

• Preparation of operating and additional cost statements.

• Leasing of residential properties, including advertisement creation, communication with interested parties, and coordination of viewings.

• Conducting and organizing handovers and inspections.

• Oversight of minor repairs, as well as commissioning and coordinating external service providers.

• Management of comprehensive insurance administration.

• Creation of reports and analyses for the property owners.

• Maintenance and management of property-related data and documents.

• Close collaboration with external service providers and partner companies.

• Completed real estate-specific training or a comparable qualification.

• Professional experience in commercial property management or rental administration.

• Knowledge of residential property management.

• Experience in the commercial sector is advantageous.

• Practical experience in preparing operating and additional cost statements.

• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style.

• High quality standards along with pronounced accuracy and reliability.

• Hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for driving topics independently.

• Proficient use of digital tools and openness to new technologies.

• Good command of English.

• Strong communication skills and good telephone availability in day-to-day operations.
