This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Provide support to a growing property management firm overseeing various residential properties.
• Manage calendars, coordinate appointments, and process invoices and billing tasks.
• Address emails, return phone calls, and appropriately route incoming requests.
• Assist in managing maintenance requests and activities related to property turnover.
• Monitor ongoing property-related tasks and ensure timely follow-up.
• Help coordinate with vendors and service providers as necessary.
• Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Property Management Assistant.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in managing calendars, schedules, and appointments efficiently.
• Experience with invoicing, billing, or other administrative financial responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in property management or real estate administration is preferred.
• Experience in coordinating maintenance requests and vendor communications is preferred.
• Familiarity with property management processes and tenant communications is preferred.
• Customer service experience is an advantage.
