This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska.
• Evaluates claims by assessing relevant policy coverages, negotiating, and resolving assigned claims.
• Establishes communication with insured individuals, claimants, and all pertinent parties to collect essential information and clarify the claims process.
• Conducts physical and/or virtual assessments of damaged properties, analyzes damages, and generates written estimates in accordance with policy terms and liability.
• Generally requires over 7 years of pertinent experience or a blend of related experience, education, and training.
• Holds the necessary adjuster's licensing as mandated by the states in which we operate.
• For Property-Field representatives exclusively: A Part 107 drone license is mandated for roof inspections.
• Must secure a Part 107 drone license within five months of the start date; passing the exam is required within three attempts.
