This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Accountable for ensuring product quality and performance for a dedicated team of Outside Property claims professionals.

• Offer guidance and direction to direct reports through ongoing management engagement and regular claim file evaluations.

• Attract, Retain, and Develop World-Class Talent: Engage in proactive talent recruitment; collaborate with management to establish and execute a strategic staffing plan.

• Deliver Compelling Claim Services: Utilize effective claim handling techniques to safeguard our brand's integrity while providing consistent service quality and efficient processes that enhance value for our customers.

• Drive the Information Advantage: Effectively utilize data, management information, and technology to identify and capitalize on opportunities that support business strategies and enhance outcomes.

• Partner for Mutual Success: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with colleagues, business partners, customers, agents, regulatory bodies, and others to meet organizational objectives and foster improved results.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Experience in claim management.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of three years of claim work experience in at least one line of business.

• Valid Driver's License.
