📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison for clients

• Handle both inbound and outbound communications with a high level of professionalism

• Leverage web-based tools to address inquiries effectively

• Guarantee a smooth and pleasant customer experience

• Navigate sensitive situations related to healthcare needs and prevention planning

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or its equivalent

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Capability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute

• Familiarity with desktop computer systems and basic knowledge of Windows operating systems

• Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is preferred

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory
