This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Client engagement: Support clients with their home and auto insurance requirements.
• Client follow-up: Take the initiative to reach out to clients, ensuring we continuously offer the policy that aligns best with their needs at a competitive rate.
• Communication: Effectively interact with clients through phone, email, and text message to foster trust.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Performance monitoring: Monitor individual performance and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Documentation: Maintain precise records of client interactions and log follow-up actions in our CRM system.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the customer service and sales teams to meet team goals.
• Continuous learning: Remain informed about product knowledge and industry developments.
• Career development: Advance to a senior insurance position or team lead role after your first two years with us.
• You possess a valid AMF license (Autorité des marchés financiers).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a broker or agent.
• At least 5 years of pertinent customer service experience.
• Proactive with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Quick learner with a keen interest in technology.
