Property Caretaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Manage a specific portfolio of properties and act as the primary contact for those residences.

• Perform regular inspections of assigned properties prior to guest and owner arrivals to guarantee that each home complies with Company standards.

• Collaborate with regional leadership and Local Operations Managers to ensure that assigned properties are guest-ready, well-maintained, and adhere to Company standards.

• Continue providing support for services throughout the greater Pinetop, Arizona area related to maintenance, including addressing work orders, inspecting properties, and coordinating with vendors as necessary.

• Execute routine and basic maintenance tasks, such as troubleshooting appliances, cable, and Wi-Fi, light plumbing, basic HVAC support, and general home repairs.

• Assist the team by addressing escalated concerns from guests and homeowners through calls, emails, and ticketing systems.

• Work collaboratively with regional team members and leadership, assist with housekeeping tasks as needed, and comply with all company policies, procedures, and performance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in property management, vacation rentals, hospitality operations, facilities, or a hands-on maintenance position.

• Comfort with performing light maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting appliances and Wi-Fi/cable, minor plumbing, basic HVAC checks, and general home repairs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; maintain professionalism in email, phone, video, and text interactions.

• Technical proficiency with laptops, tablets, and mobile devices; ability to quickly learn property management and ticketing systems.

• Excellent time management skills and the capacity to switch tasks frequently without losing momentum.

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and dependable transportation for travel between properties.

• Prior experience in housekeeping or vacation rentals is preferred.

• Familiarity with the greater Pinetop, Arizona market and local vendor network is advantageous.

• Trade or technical training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing is a plus.
