This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Generate premium quotes and issue insurance contracts for clients in property and casualty insurance.
• Evaluate the specific insurance requirements of both members and clients.
• Assist clients in selecting suitable coverage options and advocate for customized services.
• Monitor files, analyze renewals that necessitate special underwriting, and amend contracts as necessary.
• Receive First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls following incidents involving vehicle accidents and property damage.
• Manage claims inquiries with compassion, empathy, and a composed demeanor.
• Evaluate the mental and physical well-being of clients and respond appropriately.
• Document comprehensive loss information to establish claims files for Claims Advisors.
• Provide reassurance to clients that they will receive support during their time of need.
• College diploma is preferred.
• At least two years of solid client service experience.
• Other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered.
• Capability to assess client needs and offer suitable insurance coverage support.
• Proficient in active listening, analytical skills, probing, empathetic, and calm communication methods.
• Competence in accurately documenting detailed loss information.
