Insurance Sales & Service Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional service to customers by recognizing coverage gaps, applicable discounts, and renewal modifications.

• Handle incoming calls from customers inquiring about auto, home, motorcycle, and other insurance policies.

• Support policyholders with modifications to their policies.

• Familiarize yourself with the insurance product offerings and the Jerry application.

• Resolve issues that hinder customers from securing suitable coverage.

• Manage service requests related to vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documentation.

• Offer insights to enhance the product and overall customer experience.

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Maintain a friendly and upbeat demeanor.

• Be open to collaborating as part of a team.

• Demonstrate a strong work ethic.

• Exhibit strong problem-solving abilities.

• Possess excellent communication skills.

• Must currently live in an eligible state: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for hourly positions.

• A valid P&C license is addressed in the application; the company will cover the cost of the license if the candidate does not possess one.
