Property and Casualty Insurance Associate – Sales/Telesales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver precise and prompt answers to inquiries regarding travel insurance coverage.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Identify customer needs and match them with suitable products.

• Independently resolve service-related issues and complaints.

• Evaluate customer needs and assess their satisfaction levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

• Availability is required Monday to Friday from 9:30 AM to 7:15 PM EST.

• An active property and casualty or personal lines license is necessary.

• Proficiency in email communication, preferably using MS Outlook.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a Call Center environment.

• At least 1 year of experience in a Sales-related position.

• Prior experience in the Insurance industry is preferred.

• Experience in the Travel Industry is also preferred.
