This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Support the Property Management and Accounting Department with daily administrative tasks.
• Welcome guests, customers, and clients at the management office.
• Handle phone calls and address routine inquiries.
• Ensure a high level of tenant satisfaction by quickly attending to service requests and maintenance work-order issues.
• Contribute to resolving issues by clarifying concerns, escalating them to the appropriate staff member, implementing corrective actions as directed, and providing timely follow-up.
• Carry out general clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, typing, data entry, and overnight delivery services.
• Maintain both written and electronic records and filing systems.
• Manage the daily processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
• Organize refreshments for meetings.
• Assist the Property Manager or Accountant with special projects as needed and assigned.
• A High School diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
• Some college experience or a degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Property Administration or a similar administrative role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clients and customers.
• Bilingual skills are an advantage.
• Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and procedures.
• Strong computer and internet proficiency, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Extensive knowledge of office computer systems and software.
• Familiarity with accounting software, preferably Yardi Voyager.
