Property Adjuster – Field Estimating

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding service to policyholders by performing on-site inspections and assessing coverage.

• Create estimates and resolve claims quickly and effectively.

• Manage virtual claims utilizing platforms such as Xactimate and ClaimsX Video Collaboration.

• Approach claims with empathy and conduct investigations independently.

• Communicate effectively with clients through various channels to provide assistance throughout the claims process.

• Negotiate settlements based on legal and industry-standard practices.

• Accurately document all activities in a claims system and implement policies according to policy agreements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an outside adjuster is preferred.

• 3-5 years of experience in construction is highly desirable.

• Proficient in using Xactimate and other relevant estimating software.

• Strong critical thinking and technical abilities to accurately assess damages and expedite claim settlements.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to ensure superior customer service.

• Willingness to travel to clients' homes and effectively manage virtual claims nationwide.

• Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
