Prompt Engineer – Schwerpunkt Voice AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development and optimization of prompts for generative AI models, particularly in the Voice-AI domain.

• Conducting tests to enhance model performance, accuracy, and relevance of results.

• Fine-tuning and automating input commands (prompts) to increase efficiency and consistency.

• Analyzing usage data and model outputs to facilitate continuous improvements and data-driven decisions.

• Integrating and aligning Voice-AI systems based on platforms such as fonio, vapi ai, retell ai, ElevenLabs, or Deepgram.

• Developing, training, and maintaining proprietary Voice-AI prototypes and workflows.

• Monitoring current trends and technological advancements in generative AI, prompt engineering, and language models to enhance internal strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Voice and AI platforms such as fonio, vapi ai, retell ai, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, or similar tools.

• Knowledge in integrating, controlling, and optimizing speech AI systems.

• Experience in executing personal Voice-AI projects is a significant advantage.

• Basic technical knowledge in TypeScript, Python, or comparable languages is desirable.

• Passion for generative AI, language models, and voice technologies.

• Creative and analytical thinking to develop innovative AI interactions.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written.
