Projects Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Prepare, maintain, and disseminate program-level financial and performance reports across the entire Project Delivery portfolio.

• Monitor the financial health of the program by analyzing commitments, actuals, forecasts, and trends; escalate risks and partner with Finance and Program Managers to address discrepancies.

• Assist in program governance processes, including the development of dashboards, scorecards, leadership review materials, and regular reporting cycles.

• Create and oversee procurement requests (PRs/POs) in accordance with program budgets and procurement strategies.

• Ensure organized, audit-ready documentation related to program-level controls encompassing financials, procurement, and compliance.

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks within aggregated data; proactively suggest corrective actions or process enhancements.

• Collaborate with project delivery, procurement, finance, and cross-functional teams to guarantee the smooth and timely flow of program information.

• Assist in the review and processing of invoices and pay applications, ensuring they align with program budgets and financial requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project or program management, construction management, or related fields is preferred.

• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Proficient in enterprise financial systems (SAP, Ariba, Coupa, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to synthesize information for leadership audiences.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project/program management tools.

• Experience in supporting reporting, governance, or controls functions within a matrixed organization.
