This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will take charge of the operational execution of established support processes across all projects independently.
• You will centrally manage recurring project tasks, such as obtaining and monitoring measurement concept approvals for each project and grid operator.
• You will coordinate standardized discussions with grid operators, service providers, and internal teams.
• You will hold end-to-end responsibility for your work packages, overseeing everything from the initial request through execution to a seamless handover to project management.
• You will maintain and update project-related documents and systems, ensuring structured filing, status tracking, and monitoring of deadlines and responses.
• You will ensure completeness, quality, and timeliness — becoming the key contact for your areas of responsibility.
• You will focus on the standardization and continuous enhancement of your processes.
• You will work closely with project managers, maintaining and optimizing the interfaces between your role and theirs.
• Important: You will not oversee entire projects nor carry full end-to-end project responsibility.
• Some experience in roles related to project or operations (e.g., project assistant, operations, PM support, back office, technical coordination).
• Proficient use of digital tools (e.g., CRM, ticketing, or project management systems).
• Excellent command of the German language, both written and spoken.
• A university degree is not necessary; your working style is what counts, not your title.
• Flexible working arrangements: Whether you're in Stuttgart, Hamburg, Berlin, or working fully remotely — choose where you are most productive.
• Commute support: We provide a subsidy for the Deutschlandticket (public transport pass) or single-ride tickets, in addition to bike leasing options through salary sacrifice — making it affordable for your chosen bike, available for personal use at 100%.
• Fit & healthy: With our Urban Sports Club subsidy, you can enjoy training at thousands of studios and classes across Germany, from yoga to climbing.
• Pension provision: We contribute to your company pension plan — securing your future after metergrid.
• Community: Participate in regular cross-department events at our locations to connect with the entire team.
• Creative freedom: Join a motivated startup team without hierarchical layers, where you can implement your ideas and influence our direction.
• Growth opportunities: We value your personal and professional development — offering diverse paths to explore new directions.
• Meaningful work: You will engage in work that contributes to a mission: the energy transition.
• Fast learning curve and responsibility: From day one, you will be deeply involved in our operations. We rely on your skills and will support your development.
