
Project Specialist – AI/AN Victim Services Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver extensive capacity building and compliance support to AI/AN victim services programs.
• Assess the unique needs of individual grantees and collaborate with them to create tailored assistance plans while monitoring their progress in implementing these plans.
• Collaborate closely with grantees to enhance and fortify their services for crime victims.
• Create training materials, curricula, and resources that are suitable for AI/AN audiences and address their specific needs.
• Organize and carry out support activities, including advancing customized plans, sharing subject matter expertise, and reporting on results.
• Conduct training sessions, which may include webinars, peer learning exchanges, and communities of practice.
• Assist grantees in developing essential activities to promote their programs and services.
• Provide support in strategic planning.
• Perform evaluations of resources, infrastructure, and capacity within tribal communities.
• Identify and disseminate culturally responsive and trauma-informed practices, resources, and methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Over 2 years of experience working with AI/AN communities.
• More than 5 years of experience in victim services.
• Willingness to travel if necessary.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to federal government contract requirements.
• This role necessitates a Public Trust security clearance. Candidates will undergo a government security investigation to obtain this clearance prior to their start date.
