This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Delivering consulting services for Sia's clients within the life sciences and healthcare sectors, which includes, but is not limited to: developing, maintaining, and revising comprehensive integrated project schedules utilizing Planisware for various CMC product development and/or technical transfer initiatives.

• Collaborating with project leaders and cross-functional teams to collect schedule inputs, validate assumptions, and ensure that schedules accurately reflect the current project status and execution strategies.

• Guaranteeing that schedules align with project strategies, portfolio priorities, and essential stage gates for CMC development and commercialization readiness.

• Monitoring milestones, action items, and decisions that influence project timelines and communicating modifications to pertinent stakeholders.

• Preparing project scheduling deliverables and regular updates, including reports, dashboards, milestone overviews, and summaries for project stakeholders.

• Facilitating effective communication of schedules across multiple teams, functions, and locations to support the execution of concurrent and interdependent tech transfer activities.

• Participating in project meetings to provide updates on timelines, schedule analyses, and clear documentation of schedule-related actions and decisions.

• Exhibiting strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and customer service while complying with Sia's quality standards for client deliverables.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, including at least 1 year in project scheduling, project controls, or project management support.

• Experience in supporting CMC development, manufacturing, technical transfer, or related product development activities.

• Proficient in Planisware for scheduling purposes.

• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed integrated project schedules with logic-driven dependencies.

• Strong grasp of scheduling principles, milestone planning, critical path analysis, and schedule risk identification.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to work independently while effectively coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to manage multiple schedules and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Flexibility to adapt to ambiguity and a strong sense of ownership regarding deliverables and results.
