Project Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Product Launch Ownership: Take charge of cross-functional product launch initiatives, overseeing all phases from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion with the utmost quality.

• Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with the CCO and functional leaders to guarantee alignment on priorities, sequencing, and trade-offs.

• Launch Readiness and Execution: Ensure a streamlined and organized launch process, coordinating all deliverables to meet expectations.

• Process Enhancement: Continuously seek out opportunities to improve processes that boost efficiency and enhance execution.

• Operations Planning and Management: Oversee and manage operations plans, dependencies, and timelines across teams to ensure efficient and timely execution of every product launch.

• Team Coordination: Facilitate regular check-ins with teams to align efforts, identify risks, and resolve any blockers.

• Documentation and Tools Management: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of operations management tools such as ClickUp, Airtable, and Box.

• Leadership Communication: Deliver clear and concise updates to leadership regarding project status, potential risks, and next steps to keep the organization aligned.

• Execution Leadership: Act as a trusted execution partner to leadership, ensuring that work proceeds without delays or miscommunication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experienced Operations Manager: You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, program management, or similar roles in dynamic, cross-functional settings.

• Strong Collaborator: You are adept at collaborating across all organizational levels, including close engagement with executives.

• Highly Organized: You possess excellent organizational and communication skills, enabling you to manage complex operations and effectively prioritize tasks.

• Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in contemporary operations management and documentation tools, capable of working within existing systems while thoughtfully enhancing them.
