Project Manager – Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Facilitate effective and professional communication with cross-functional requestors and internal execution teams; establish expectations and finalize feedback processes.

• Act as the main point of contact for daily requests across marketing, digital, and other departments (such as medical and diagnostics).

• Assess project scope, clarify requirements, gather assets/approvals, and ensure high-quality briefs before assignment.

• Prioritize and assign tasks to execution teams, considering capacity and complexity.

• Ensure complete and accurate Jira records to enhance operational visibility and inform decision-making.

• Recognize opportunities for reuse, identify template deficiencies, and optimize processes; uphold standards across teams and markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or Design (or equivalent practical experience).

• Entry-level to over 5 years of experience in digital operations, marketing coordination, project coordination, or similar positions.

• Proficiency in reading and writing business-level English.

• Intermediate skills in Veeva and Microsoft Office.
