Project Manager – Site Installation Readiness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers, contractors, and internal teams to strategize and facilitate site readiness for the delivery, implementation, and integration of capitalized equipment or enterprise software systems.

• Engage in projects with varied scopes and considerable dependencies, often involving complex and/or multisite operations with multiple products in focus.

• Oversee the scheduling of equipment delivery and resource allocation.

• Regularly monitor and report on progress and milestones to all stakeholders.

• Frequently engage with high-visibility customers and significant projects.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Regularly participate in on-site visits and/or conference calls.

• Identify and address project risks effectively.

• Provide agendas, minutes, and reports detailing installation activities while maintaining strict control over timelines and installation forecasts.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5 years of project management or equivalent professional experience in construction project management.

• Must possess a general understanding of construction drawings and regulatory requirements.

• Experience in presenting complex ideas and schedules to external customers at all organizational levels.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong conflict management skills are essential, with the ability to handle escalations.

• Methodical and structured working approach.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50%-75% for customer visits, training, or in-person meetings.

• Eager to learn and develop with enthusiasm, energy, and a strong drive for bringing innovative ideas, critical thinking, and a robust commitment to project execution.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
