This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the productivity program for service.

• Achieve $10 million in productivity improvements over a two-year period, on a global scale.

• Develop a multi-year pipeline featuring a minimum viable product (MVP) followed by enhancements aimed at boosting sales and service productivity.

• Foster relationships within the commercial team and devise change adoption strategies.

• Maintain a high operational pace.

• Oversee company governance processes and provide monthly results presentations to executives.

• Manage the TMO process for project management and governance utilizing standardized tools.

• Demonstrate the ability to lead cross-functional project teams that design and implement productivity initiatives.

• Capable of clearly defining and aligning roles and responsibilities during project initiation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is required.

• Experience in process improvement and productivity is preferred.

• Previous leadership in Institutional, Consumer, Industrial, or NCH services.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• Proficient in breaking down complex issues into manageable projects.

• Skillful in scoping projects into small, achievable segments.

• Capacity to generate and quickly test hypotheses, adjusting as necessary based on outcomes.

• Ability to focus on the crucial aspects of a project while avoiding overwhelming complexity.

• Mental agility to adapt and shift strategies as circumstances evolve.

• Expertise in time management and meeting facilitation.

• Competence in organizing meetings and efficiently managing project team time.

• Prepare meeting agendas in advance.

• Ensure team members come prepared by establishing prework requirements.

• Develop a meeting strategy that encourages team discussion rather than dominating the conversation as the project manager.

• Implement a process for updating action item lists during each meeting, specifying individual ownership and deadlines for each action.
