Project Manager – Revenue Cycle Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-departmental teams to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement and establish project objectives and success criteria.

• Efficiently oversee strategic business transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing EnableComp’s revenue cycle management operations, technology integration, and client results.

• Manage comprehensive project life cycles, encompassing scoping, resource distribution, risk assessment, and post-implementation evaluations.

• Propel initiatives associated with automation, system integrations, and process re-engineering to boost operational efficiency and scalability.

• Act as a change leader, effectively conveying and managing expectations with internal teams, executives, and external partners.

• Create detailed project timelines and ensure prompt reporting of milestones, deliverables, and potential challenges.

• Perform impact analyses to identify risks and dependencies, formulating mitigation strategies to guarantee project success.

• Assess the effectiveness of instituted solutions and propose ongoing enhancements to maintain improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.

• PMP certification is mandatory.

• Over 5 years of project management experience in a rapidly growing business within the healthcare sector, preferably in revenue cycle management.

• Strong understanding of operational systems and processes within the healthcare or revenue cycle management fields.

• Capability to manage intricate projects with tight deadlines and numerous stakeholders.

• Outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

• Knowledge of complete operational activities and a proven track record of facilitating complex, time-sensitive decisions.

• Exceptional project management expertise with a demonstrated ability in complex settings.

• A combination of education and experience equivalent to the above will be accepted.

• Strong computer skills are essential, including proficiency in office applications such as MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook), Zoom, and other learning technologies.
