Project Manager, Product Line Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• The Project Manager is responsible for defining the 'When, How Much, and Clear the path' aspects of Knowmadics’ product offerings.

• Ensure program success by managing the schedule, budget, contract logistics, and fostering sponsor relationships to align execution with product delivery.

• Responsible for the program's schedule, budget, contract logistics, and sponsor relationships, serving as a structural balance to the CPTO organization’s product vision.

• Function with a high level of ownership and independence, collaborating closely with the leadership teams in Product, Engineering, and Finance.

• Play a pivotal role in setting priorities, balancing scope, cost, and schedule, and assisting teams in making informed, strategic trade-offs that keep programs on course.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 5 years of experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs, preferably within a SaaS organization, software R&D, government contracting, defense, or regulated industries.

• Proven experience managing program budgets at the $1M+ level.

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification (or the ability to acquire one within 12 months).

• Proficient in the construction of basis of estimate and understanding contract structures (FFP, T&M, CPFF).

• Demonstrated ability to manage sponsor relationships, including navigating challenging renegotiations and descoping discussions.

• Experienced in operating within cross-functional, matrixed environments.

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance (or currently possess one at the Secret/TS level, depending on product line assignment); U.S. Citizenship is required.
