• Oversee daily project coordination tasks related to engineering and technical initiatives.
• Organize cross-functional collaborative sessions involving engineering, operations, field services, provisioning, inventory, and technical teams.
• Create and uphold project plans, schedules, risk assessments, dependencies, action logs, status updates, and implementation tracking.
• Record current and future process states, workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational needs.
• Collect, document, and manage business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and implementation necessities.
• Identify gaps in processes, inefficiencies, manual tasks, and areas for workflow enhancement.
• Assist initiatives aimed at optimizing and automating provisioning, deployment, configuration, and installation workflows.
• Help develop scalable processes that empower field technicians to provision and activate devices on-site, reducing reliance on pre-configured inventory or staging activities.
• Collaborate with teams involved in provisioning systems, workflow automation tools, systems integration, and operational platforms.
• Compile project updates, implementation strategies, process documentation, meeting materials, and operational recommendations.
• Propel follow-up actions, stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and implementation coordination across various workstreams.
• Relay project status, process updates, risks, dependencies, and operational impacts to client stakeholders and leadership teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, Process Engineering, PMO support, or similar roles.
• Experience in supporting telecommunications, broadband, wireless, or field engineering environments.
• Extensive experience in documenting business processes, workflows, business requirements, and operational procedures.
• Proven experience in facilitating operational and technical collaborative sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with telecommunications networks, field installation, provisioning, inventory management, device deployment, or technician workflows.
• Experience in supporting process improvement, workflow automation, or systems implementation projects.
• Strong organizational, execution, analytical, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, Lucidchart, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or similar project and process management tools.
• Experience working with Enterprise Engineering, PMO, or network engineering organizations is preferred.
• Knowledge of provisioning systems, workflow automation tools, operational systems integration, device management platforms, or telecom activation workflows is preferred.
• Experience in supporting field operations, enterprise deployment initiatives, or activities related to operational readiness is preferred.
