This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the execution of utility-scale solar and BESS projects, gaining experience with projects valued between $10M and $200M.
• Help manage client relationships — developing effective communication skills, proactively addressing issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in contract management tasks including reporting, tracking accounts receivable, monitoring change orders, and aiding in claim resolution.
• Monitor and report on essential project metrics such as safety, quality, schedule, cost, and cash flow under the supervision of senior project managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams — engaging cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, finance, and field services to facilitate product delivery and commissioning.
• Maintain project documentation — ensuring that records, action logs, risk registers, and status reports are accurate and current.
• Attend customer and internal meetings — enhancing your communication and stakeholder management abilities in a professional environment.
• Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement across all project initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, engineering, or a related field (internship or co-op experience is applicable!).
• Proficient in English communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
• Academic or professional experience in solar, BESS, or the broader energy/power systems sector.
• Internship or project experience in the construction, engineering, or energy industries.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar tools.
• Understanding of Lean or continuous improvement principles.
• PMP certification or active pursuit of PMP credentials is preferred.
