This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of local permitting regulations across different markets, with an emphasis on simplifying complex procedures.
• Serve as a reliable advisor, assisting clients in navigating intricate approval processes to achieve prompt and effective results.
• Foster and sustain robust relationships with municipal personnel, collaborating to expedite approval timelines.
• Manage multiple permitting projects concurrently, ensuring that each project meets essential milestones and progresses swiftly to completion while proactively identifying and addressing potential permitting challenges to keep projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product, engineering, and leadership, to continuously enhance Pulley’s platform and improve the client experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting procedures, particularly in the Philadelphia region.
• Exceptional communication skills and an ability to cultivate strong relationships with clients and municipal representatives.
• Proficient in utilizing relevant software tools and flexible in learning new systems that boost operational efficiency.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
