• Manage multiple permitting initiatives concurrently, ensuring that each project meets critical milestones and progresses efficiently to completion while proactively identifying and addressing potential permitting challenges to keep projects on schedule.
• Collaborate with internal teams in product, engineering, and leadership to consistently enhance Pulley’s platform and improve the client experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting.
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting procedures, particularly in the Baltimore region.
• Exceptional communication skills and a knack for fostering strong relationships with clients and municipal authorities.
• Proficient in using relevant software tools and adaptable in acquiring new systems that improve operational effectiveness.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
