This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.

📋 Description

• Acquire an in-depth knowledge of local permitting regulations across diverse markets

• Serve as a reliable consultant, assisting clients through complex approval workflows

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with municipal personnel

• Manage multiple permitting projects at the same time

• Collaborate with internal teams from product development, engineering, and leadership to continually enhance Pulley’s platform

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting

• Strong understanding of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting procedures

• Exceptional communication skills and a knack for fostering solid relationships with clients and municipal authorities

• Proficient in utilizing relevant software tools and adaptable to learning new systems that boost operational efficiency
