• Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting procedures, particularly in the Baltimore region.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Proficient in using relevant software tools and quick to adapt to new systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
