Project Manager – Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Ensure the smooth progression of projects while navigating regulatory challenges.

• Collaborate with local government officials to expedite the approval process.

• Manage multiple permitting projects at the same time.

• Work alongside internal teams to enhance Pulley’s platform and improve the client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting procedures, particularly in the Baltimore region.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient in using relevant software tools and quick to adapt to new systems.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
