Project Manager – Permitting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of local permitting regulations across different markets.

• Serve as a reliable advisor, assisting clients through complex approval procedures.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with municipal personnel.

• Manage multiple permitting projects concurrently.

• Collaborate with internal teams including product, engineering, and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in architecture, construction, or permitting.

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning laws, and permitting procedures, particularly in the Baltimore region.

• Proficient in utilizing pertinent software tools.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
