Project Manager, NetSuite Consulting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Report to a PMO Lead to establish best practices in project management.

• Oversee the daily scheduling of engagement tasks and meetings.

• Manage the project timeline, work breakdown structure, resource allocation, and budget considerations.

• Administer project change control processes and set expectations for clients and project teams.

• Facilitate Client project status updates and steering committee meetings.

• Systematically catalog and address project risks, actions, issues, and decisions.

• Ensure quality management of communications and deliverables.

• Oversee the complete NetSuite implementation process, including all phases: Plan, Design, Build, Verify, Deploy, and Support.

• Collaborate with Engagement Managers to ensure the continuity and success of engagements and team efforts.

• Participate in internal company initiatives such as go-to-market strategies, knowledge management, and enablement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing ERP implementations.

• Excellent interpersonal communication, conflict resolution, and change management skills.

• Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.

• Capability to effectively manage client and team interactions and communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Solid background in managing projects within a consulting or professional services environment.

• Proficient in working efficiently in a virtual setting and comfortable leading onsite conference workshops.

• Experience managing projects with teams of 5 or more across multiple workstreams.

• Project Management Certifications (PMP, CSM) are preferred.

• Experience and certifications related to NetSuite products are advantageous.

• An MBA, Master's, or other advanced degrees are preferred.
