Project Manager, Integrations & Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create detailed project plans, guide project team activities, and manage daily operational elements from initiation to closure, following project management principles and best practices.

• Direct project team members and subject matter experts in establishing project scope, resource needs, timelines, and deliverables.

• Regularly monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders, document lessons learned, identify risks, and suggest solutions or escalate issues to leadership when necessary.

• Possess strong analytical and organizational skills, able to synthesize and clearly communicate complex issues in a straightforward, professional manner.

• Perform data analysis with minimal supervision, demonstrating the ability to manipulate data and interpret results to create insights and conclusions that facilitate improved decision-making.

• Record existing operations or workflows and assess potential changes to enhance coordination or efficiency.

• Partner with executive and market leadership in strategic and operational planning initiatives to create actionable plans that align with the organization’s goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

• At least seven years of experience in healthcare services or similar fields.

• Experience with provider groups and an understanding of value-based care and integrated coordinated delivery systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

• A minimum of five years of Project Management experience.

• Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently with strong project management skills.

• Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions and Operations is preferred.

• At least three years of experience using Smartsheet, including developing and maintaining metrics and dashboards.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.

• PMP Certification or Lean certification is a plus.
