• Oversee daily program and project management throughout the entire program life cycle.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and achievement of business objectives.
• Collaborate with management to assess, enhance, and document effective solutions.
• Skilled in utilizing Smartsheet and SharePoint tools for tracking, updates, and advanced reporting.
• Act as a liaison among cross-functional teams, including product development, IT, engineering, operations, and data teams.
• Develop program documentation such as Program Charter, Risk Log, Trackability Matrix, Status Reports, Project Plans, Budget/Forecast, or KPI Dashboard.
• Incorporate business policies and governance processes into project planning.
• Manage risks and issues while implementing corrective measures.
• Identify, monitor, and report program KPIs to evaluate impact.
• Coordinate, oversee, and track the workflow of cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate and lead project meetings and discussions with stakeholders at all levels.
• A minimum of 5 years of project and/or program management experience in the telecommunications, broadband, or cable industry.
• Strong practical experience in creating project documentation, KPIs, and analyzing processes for optimization and improvement.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is essential: integrations, migrations, operations, or process optimization.
• Required industry experience in telecommunications, broadband, fiber, or cable industries.
• Direct hands-on experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, is required.
• Proven knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Product Development methodologies is necessary.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and management skills, along with the capability to contribute individually and fulfill all role expectations.
• Innovative problem-solving skills with effective communication of ideas.
• Capability to quickly process information and present it in a concise and insightful manner for various stakeholders, including executives.
