Project Manager – IKC Clinical Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Oversee provider engagement projects from their inception through to completion.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, monitor milestones, and guarantee that deliverables are achieved punctually.

• Design and manage systems for the Office of the Chief Medical Officer (OCMO), focusing primarily on Integrated Kidney Care (IKC).

• Collaborate with leaders from OCMO, DKC, and IKC to align objectives and enhance the execution of cross-departmental initiatives.

• Organize and track the progress of special projects within the IKC Office of the Chief Medical Officer, Group Medical Directors, and affiliated teams, ensuring timely execution and effectiveness.

• Monitor and report on the progress and results of projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in healthcare operations, physician engagement, or clinical strategy.

• Proven track record of leading intricate, cross-functional projects involving physicians and executive stakeholders.

• Excellent communication, relationship management, and executive influence abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required.

• Knowledge of physician practice operations, clinical quality initiatives, and Value-Based Care is preferred.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel is preferred.

• Project or program management certification is an advantage.

• Proactive and solutions-focused; capable of navigating uncertainty, building trust, and influencing others without direct authority.
