Operations Manager, Clinical Trials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Establishes and maintains enduring relationships with current and prospective clients, including sponsors and CROs.

• Develops and nurtures strong connections with Investigators and representatives from Medical Institutions.

• Evaluates the feasibility of research protocols drawing on expertise and experience.

• Oversees the execution of clinical trials in line with ICH GCP standards.

• Tracks various phases of budget discussions and research timelines.

• Arranges meetings with Investigators, as well as representatives from pharmaceutical and CRO companies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences.

• At least 5 years of clinical experience in a leadership role within a CRO or SMO.

• Proficient in the local language and possess at least a C1 level of English.

• Competent in MS Office applications.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Strong management skills.

• Capable of effective problem-solving and results-driven.

• Highly accountable.
