Project Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of designated Healthy Volunteers and Patient Clinical Pharmacology projects.

• Serve as the main liaison for sponsor project teams.

• Manage project scope, schedules, and financial plans.

• Proactively identify, assess, and address risks to ensure that project milestones are achieved.

• Offer guidance and mentorship to project team members at a senior leadership level.

• Maintain quality standards, compliance, and readiness for audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in clinical research within a Contract Research Organization (CRO) or biopharmaceutical sector.

• Minimum of 2 years of complete project management responsibility in clinical studies.

• Knowledge of early-phase trials involving healthy volunteers and patients.

• Skills in managing study budgets.

• Demonstrated capability to oversee teams distributed across the globe.

• Proficiency in critical path analysis and developing risk mitigation strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences from an accredited institution.

• Preferred: Master’s degree or other advanced qualifications.

• PMP certification.
