This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Create project plans that detail components, communication strategies, milestones, priorities, requirements, and resources.
• Organize, facilitate, and take part in discussions with stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate effectively to analyze business needs and identify possible technical solutions.
• Utilize senior-level expertise to lead stakeholders effectively.
• Monitor and consistently update project status to Sponsors, Business Owners, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver both formal and informal presentations and reports.
• Recognize potential challenges and/or obstacles to achieving project objectives.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant standards, policies, laws, rules, and regulations.
• Implement advanced change management strategies to promote project acceptance.
• Keep accurate records, information, documentation, and reports.
• At least 5 years of related experience, including a minimum of 4 years in project management.
• Proven independent leadership of various medium and large-scale projects.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience managing complex information systems projects.
• Preferred certifications in Scrum, Agile, and/or Project Management International (PMI) Project Management.
• 3 or more years of experience in health plan operations.
• Background in managing both technical and non-technical teams and projects as a Project Manager.
• Experience in leading and/or facilitating cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Smartsheets.
• Experience in Change Management.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Candidate must reside in Oregon.
