This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee the complete delivery process of enterprise software implementation projects from initiation to production deployment and stabilization.
β’ Develop and sustain integrated delivery plans, schedules, and milestones that are aligned with contractual obligations and program goals.
β’ Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, including software engineering, data engineering, QA, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders.
β’ Manage execution across Agile, Hybrid Agile, and traditional delivery frameworks based on client needs.
β’ Facilitate Agile delivery methodologies such as sprint planning, backlog prioritization, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
β’ Ensure synchronization between the Agile development pace and contractual milestone commitments.
β’ Drive effective backlog management and release planning.
β’ Lead and mentor functional managers, delivery leads, and cross-functional teams.
β’ Cultivate a robust delivery culture centered on accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
β’ Encourage collaboration among teams distributed across various geographical locations.
β’ 8+ years of experience on the vendor side leading intricate software implementation or digital transformation initiatives.
β’ Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
β’ Proven track record in delivering enterprise software systems or cloud platforms within a solution or systems integration context.
β’ Experience in managing technology programs within government or public sector environments (state, federal, or local).
β’ Demonstrated capability to oversee large, geographically dispersed, cross-functional delivery teams, including engineering, product, and operations.
β’ Strong experience in managing project budgets, delivery timelines, and contractual obligations.
β’ Familiarity with Agile and Hybrid Agile delivery models.
β’ Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
