Project Manager – Electronic Design Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive hardware development projects, from outlining the statement-of-work, preparing and presenting estimates, to defining requirements throughout the entire program life cycle (design, prototype development, bring-up, and validation).

• Work collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to create and manage program timelines, deliverables, and facilitate cross-functional coordination (including electrical, mechanical, firmware, layout, prototype manufacturing, supply chain, and accounting teams).

• Establish strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for further engagement.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to monitor progress, address technical challenges, and ensure that design, validation, and manufacturing milestones are achieved, while adhering to quality and budget standards.

• Keep customers informed with regular, insightful updates on program status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

• Lead efforts to enhance internal program management processes for improved quality, consistency, and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A relevant bachelor’s degree or over 5 years of experience in project/program management.

• Strong proactive planning and communication skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cross-functional audiences.

• Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and often ambiguous environment.

• A self-motivated individual who excels in a remote working setting.

• Proficient in program management tools (such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.).

• Familiarity with the PCB hardware development lifecycle and terminology is highly preferred.
