This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous accounts, service lines, deliverables, and cross-functional team members through web-based project management tools (Asana) and various communication methods.
• Develop and implement deliverable plans, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate evolving needs and specifications.
• Manage all facets of deliverable oversight: scope, risk, schedule, quality, and communication to ensure complete satisfaction of stakeholders.
• Facilitate account meetings by providing detailed recaps, documenting action items, assigning Asana tasks, and ensuring thorough follow-up on these items.
• Assess new work requests, determine required resources, assign individual tasks, and schedule necessary actions.
• Deliver regular updates and progress reports to internal teams and/or client stakeholders.
• Conduct risk assessments and escalate issues internally within the account team to proactively address concerns.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in both internal and external processes, along with proposing potential solutions.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in leading projects and supporting client deliverables within a digital marketing agency setting.
• Strong expertise in using Asana as a work management tool.
• Preferred certifications include CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, Analytics, etc.).
• Capable of thriving in dynamic environments and adapting to change.
• Professional demeanor with proficiency in conflict management and mediation.
• Ability to effectively guide teams in prioritizing tasks and executing multiple projects concurrently in a high-pressure setting.
• Exceptional diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a determination to resolve internal and client issues swiftly.
• Process-oriented, highly organized, and methodical with strong time management capabilities, solid business ethics, and political awareness.
• An enthusiastic and dedicated attitude, adaptable problem-solver, willing to engage in and advocate for change within the organization.
