This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be a crucial contributor to the overall effectiveness of our account team’s service delivery to clients, acting as the communication and coordination center between team members and clients.
• This position will report directly to the Client Experience team and will receive support from Power’s Project Management Office (PMO).
• The ideal candidate will be an outstanding client-facing project manager, adept at managing and delivering digital marketing outputs and solutions from start to finish.
• They will join a high-performing team dedicated to completing client deliverables punctually, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative agency setting.
• Collaborating closely with clients and account teams, this role will oversee multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, and multi-disciplinary teams to fulfill our clients’ strategic and tactical marketing goals.
• At least three (3) years of experience in leading projects and supporting client deliverables within a digital marketing agency environment.
• Strong expertise in using Asana as a work management tool.
• CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Familiarity with digital marketing topics (e.g., SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, Analytics, etc.).
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and adapt to change effectively.
• A professional demeanor and comfort in handling conflict management and mediation.
• Capability to guide teams effectively in prioritizing tasks and executing projects while managing multiple projects simultaneously under high-pressure conditions.
• Exceptional diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a determination to swiftly resolve internal and client issues.
• Process-oriented, highly organized, methodical, possessing excellent time management skills, strong business ethics, and political awareness.
• An enthusiastic, committed personality, flexible in problem-solving, and willing to engage in and advocate for organizational change.
• A self-starter capable of independent thinking and working autonomously.
