This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee multiple simultaneous accounts, service lines, deliverables, and cross-functional team members using web-based project management tools (Asana) and various communication methods.
• Develop and implement deliverable plans, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate evolving needs and requirements.
• Manage all elements of deliverable oversight: scope, risk, schedule, quality, and ensure communication meets stakeholders' fullest satisfaction.
• Assist in account calls by providing comprehensive recaps, documenting action items, assigning Asana tasks, and diligently following up on these items.
• Assess new work requests, determine required resources, allocate individual responsibilities, and schedule action items accordingly.
• Deliver consistent updates and progress reports to internal teams and/or client stakeholders.
• Implement risk management strategies and escalate issues within the account team to proactively address potential challenges.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement in both internal and external processes, along with proposing viable solutions.
• At least three (3) years of experience in leading projects and supporting client deliverables within a digital marketing agency setting.
• Strong expertise in utilizing Asana as a work management tool.
• CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, Analytics, etc.) is essential.
• Capability to excel in fast-paced environments and adapt to change.
• Proficient in directing teams effectively in task prioritization and execution, as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously in high-pressure situations.
• Exceptional diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with a strong determination to resolve internal and client issues swiftly.
• Process-oriented, highly organized, and methodical with outstanding time management skills, strong business ethics, and political astuteness.
• A proactive and committed mindset, flexible problem-solver, willing to engage and advocate for change within the organization.
• Self-motivated with the capacity to think independently and work autonomously.
• A professional approach and comfort with conflict management and mediation.
