This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• The Digital Marketing Project Manager will be a key contributor to the overall success of our account team's delivery and service to clients, functioning as the communication and coordination hub between team members and clients.
• This position will report directly to the Client Experience team and will receive support from Power’s Project Management Office (PMO).
• The ideal candidate will be an outstanding client-facing project manager, adept at managing and delivering digital marketing solutions from start to finish.
• They will join a high-performing team dedicated to completing client deliverables on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, and innovative agency environment.
• Collaborating closely with clients and account teams, this role will oversee multiple concurrent accounts, service lines, and multi-disciplinary teams to achieve our clients' strategic and tactical marketing goals.
• As a vital member of the account team, this role will be proactive, possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate confidence in meticulously organizing and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• They will keep all stakeholders informed of progress and navigate the inevitable challenges that arise throughout the process.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in leading projects and supporting client deliverables within a digital marketing agency environment.
• Strong expertise with Asana as a work management tool.
• Certification such as CAPM, CSM, PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (e.g., SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Display, Feeds, Paid Social, Analytics, etc.) is essential.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced settings and adapt to change.
• A professional demeanor and comfort with conflict management and mediation.
• Capability to effectively direct teams in prioritizing tasks and executing multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.
• Excellent diplomatic, interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a strong drive to resolve internal and client issues promptly.
• Process-oriented, highly organized, and methodical, with exceptional time management abilities, strong business ethics, and political awareness.
• An enthusiastic and committed attitude, with a flexible approach to problem-solving and a willingness to participate in and advocate for organizational change.
• A self-starter capable of independent thinking and autonomous work.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is essential for this position.
