Project Manager – Data & Analytics Programs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive delivery of various Data & Analytics programs.

• Propel execution across Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Governance, Data Science, AI/ML, Business Intelligence, Reporting, and Analytics projects.

• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within scope, budget, and quality standards.

• Develop delivery governance frameworks and reporting structures.

• Collaborate with senior banking stakeholders, business executives, technology teams, and top management.

• Provide consistent updates on project health, risk evaluations, and executive dashboards.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and align business goals with delivery results.

• Lead and mentor sizable delivery teams consisting of 60–70 professionals.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee resource planning, utilization, capacity forecasting, and delivery performance.

• Establish project controls, delivery standards, and best practices.

• Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation strategies.

• Promote Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery methodologies whenever suitable.

• Ensure adherence to banking, security, regulatory, and audit standards.

• Define and track delivery KPIs and service metrics.

• Drive continuous enhancement initiatives across delivery processes.

• Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction and realization of business value.

⛳️ Requirements

• 15–20 years of overall IT experience.

• At least 8 years of experience in Delivery Management, Program Management, or Portfolio Management roles.

• Demonstrated success in managing large-scale Data & Analytics programs within Banking or Financial Services sectors.

• Proven experience leading teams of 60+ members across various projects and workstreams.

• Strong understanding of:
