This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Oversee the complete implementation of projects from initiation to go-live for Ridgeline’s enterprise cloud platform.
• Establish project objectives, scope, and success metrics while creating structured delivery timelines and plans.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams, including consulting, engineering, product, and customer stakeholders, to ensure smooth execution.
• Foster strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project scope, milestones, and deliverables to guarantee high-quality results and successful deployments.
• Track project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure effective and cost-efficient delivery.
• Identify potential risks associated with projects and proactively create mitigation strategies to safeguard delivery timelines and customer results.
• Maintain open communication with internal teams and customer leadership regarding progress, risks, and significant milestones.
• Ensure that project deliverables adhere to quality standards and meet customer expectations.
• Evaluate project outcomes and delivery performance to uncover opportunities for enhancement in future implementations.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of Ridgeline’s implementation frameworks, delivery methodologies, and operational processes.
• Utilize AI-powered tools like ChatGPT and other innovative technologies to enhance documentation quality, communication clarity, and project management efficiency.
• Promote team collaboration and knowledge sharing across implementation programs to reinforce delivery consistency and operational excellence.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing investment management software implementations in a customer-facing capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of front-office and back-office investment management processes, including portfolio accounting, performance measurement, trading, reconciliation, data management, compliance, and reporting.
• Proven track record in managing enterprise software implementations involving both functional and technical workstreams.
• Demonstrated capability to coordinate cross-functional teams and guide complex projects to successful conclusion.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle competing priorities effectively.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision while ensuring strong collaboration with stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration with both internal teams and customer leadership.
• A demonstrated curiosity and capability to rapidly learn new technologies and software platforms.
• Experience in communicating project status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• A willingness to explore cutting-edge technologies while developing expertise in the investment management field.
